Common Sense / Responsible Leadership
As the District 1 Commissioner for Washtenaw County, I will make it my mission to
preserve and defend the conservative values on which this County was built.
The County Board of Commissioners is the primary organizing entity for the county. Diversity
of thought, perspective, and opinion on the board is imperative in order to critically evaluate the various
proposals brought forth. I will bring a common sense and Conservative voice to the board, and I look forward to
challenging the status quo.
I am your neighbor, your former colleague and classmate. I represent the community in the
way that only a longtime resident can.
Like many of you, I am concerned about the increasingly irresponsible expenditure of our
tax dollars. I believe that the best government is a limited government, and that elected representatives
must be held accountable for the decisions they make on our behalf.
It is a pleasure to live in Washtenaw County, and when elected I look forward to honoring
my oath to defend the Constitutions of both the United States and the State of Michigan.
